Neuro-Friendly Sales Accelerator (NFSA)
Welcome to the Neuro-Friendly Sales Accelerator (“Program”), hosted by Polly Pollock, trading as Neuropreneur Rising. By enrolling, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
The NFSA is a high-touch mentorship program designed to help neurodivergent business owners confidently market and sell.
1. Program Scope & Structure
The Program provides educational and mentorship services designed to support your learning, confidence, and implementation of marketing and sales strategies.
Participants will receive:
Weekly group coaching calls (via Google Meet).
Lifetime access to program modules, templates, and replays via a shared Thrivecart platform.
You may submit your work/ updates/ questions twice a week in our slack channel. These days are usually on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and Polly will respond to your messages during that day, or within the 24 hours. Please note that if you do not submit your questions/ feedback before 9am UK time on the feedback days, your question may be missed.
Participants are expected to attend calls, engage in the community, and complete modules to get the most value. The Program structure and schedule may be adjusted if necessary, at Polly’s discretion.
2. Payment & Pricing
When you join the program, you commit to one of the following payment options:
£2000 paid in full or
£334 per month for 6 months
£667 per month for 3 months
Payments are processed via Stripe, and you are responsible for completing all payments on the day they are due to come out each month.
⚠️ Payment Plan Responsibility:
By choosing any payment plan, you are entering a legally binding commitment to pay the full amount, regardless of:
Your participation or attendance in the program
Your level of engagement in calls, modules, or Telegram
Your results, outcomes, or satisfaction
Non-payment does not release you from this obligation. Missed or failed payments may result in:
Temporary suspension of program access until the payment is completed
Termination from the program, at Polly’s discretion
Even if your participation ends early for any reason, including voluntary withdrawal or termination due to conduct, you are still responsible for completing all remaining payments.
Important: By choosing a payment plan, you are entering a legally binding commitment to pay the full amount, regardless of participation, results, engagement, or satisfaction. Non-payment does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of the remaining balance.
Failed or missed payments may result in suspension of access until payment is made. Continued non-payment may result in termination from the program, but does not release you from your obligation to complete all remaining payments.
If you fail to complete the agreed payments, Neuropreneur Rising reserves the right to take legal action to recover the outstanding balance, including any associated fees or costs incurred. Non-payment does not release you from this obligation, and all remaining payments are immediately due.
3. Refund & Cancellation Policy
This program is non-refundable. You may not request a refund once:
14 days have passed since purchase OR
You have joined the Slack group or logged into your online Thrivecart portal—whichever comes first
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or lack of participation.
However, if unexpected life events happen, and you've already paid (either in full or via ongoing payments), you may defer and join the next available cohort in some cases —just email polly@neuropreneurrising.com to discuss.
4. Access & Delivery
Participants receive lifetime access to all Program materials, including modules, templates, and replays. Access is subject to compliance with these Terms & Conditions.
Lifetime access does not permit redistribution, resale, or sharing of any program content without written permission.
5. Community Conduct & Agreements
NFSA is a values-led, neurodivergent-affirming space. Participants are expected to:
Engage with kindness, respect, and curiosity
Maintain confidentiality within the group
Avoid presenting advice as absolute truth
Support fellow participants while allowing Polly to lead teaching and strategy
Consequences: Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in temporary suspension or removal from the Telegram group or Program, at Polly’s discretion.
6. Disclaimer & Results
The NFSA is a business mentorship and educational program — it is not therapy, legal advice, or financial consulting.
Results are not guaranteed. Your success depends on your own effort, timing, offer, niche, and implementation. Participation in the Program does not absolve you from your payment obligations, even if you do not achieve the desired outcomes.
7. Accessibility & Accommodations
NFSA is designed to be neurodivergent-friendly. If you need accommodations to participate fully, please contact polly@neuropreneurrising.com. We will make reasonable efforts to support you, though participation remains your responsibility.
9. Intellectual Property
All program content is the intellectual property of Polly Pollock and Neuropreneur Rising. You may not:
Copy, share, resell, or distribute materials
Use content for commercial purposes without written permission
All rights are reserved.
10. Termination
Polly reserves the right to terminate your participation if you:
Fail to comply with these Terms & Conditions
Engage in harmful or disruptive behavior
Termination does not release you from financial obligations.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes should first be addressed via mediation before legal action.
12. Acknowledgment
By enrolling in NFSA, you acknowledge that:
You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions
You understand that payments are binding regardless of participation or results
You accept your responsibility to uphold your commitments
13. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
Neuropreneur Rising takes your privacy seriously. By enrolling in NFSA, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal data for the purposes of delivering the program, including:
Processing payments via Stripe
Providing access to modules and templates
Managing communications through email, Slack, or GMeet
Your data will not be shared with third parties except as required to deliver the Program (e.g., payment processors).
You have the right to:
Access, correct, or delete your personal data
Request a copy of the data we hold about you
Withdraw consent for certain communications
